SAP ERP Integration
Overview
This project focused on implementing an enterprise mobile application for Consumer Collection & Recovery operations at LOLC Ventura Indonesia.
The application was designed to support field collection activities, customer payment monitoring, recovery follow-up processes, and operational coordination for overdue customer accounts.
The mobile application was integrated with SAP ERP through API services to retrieve customer data, payment information, billing status, and update collection transaction activities in real-time.
Collection officers were able to update customer payment status, record partial payments, create Promise To Pay (PTP) schedules, and perform customer visit follow-up activities directly from mobile devices.
As a System Analyst, responsibilities included requirement gathering, workflow analysis, mobile application flow design, field operational process analysis, SAP ERP API integration coordination, UI/UX flow validation, UAT execution, developer coordination, and implementation support until production deployment.

Project Challenge
One of the major challenges during implementation was ensuring real-time synchronization between mobile application workflows and SAP ERP data services.
Since collection officers operated directly in the field, the application needed to support stable transaction processing, customer payment updates, Promise To Pay scheduling, and operational tracking even under unstable network conditions.
The system also required secure operational access, customer data protection, visit approval mechanisms, and accurate synchronization between mobile transactions and SAP ERP recovery records.
